fallen_castiel14We played Dungeons and Dragons last night. My character is a Tabaxi Bard. her name is Oak. She is 3'5" tall, slightly afraid of adventuring, deathly afraid of water, purrs when she is happy, and plays a tabor, a croak box, and a magic flute as well as being proficient in singing. I love her and I love playing her. We always have a lot of fun together. Currently we are playing the Dungeon of the Mad Mage campaign. It is gong to be a long one.
Today has been pretty lazy. Started getting a migraine so laid down in the evening and took a nap and am now trying to find something to watch on Netflix. I have chronic migraines with Vertigo, so I tend to just lay down if I feel one coming on, though the medication I am on manages the vertigo fairly well as long as I keep my stress level way down.
Quarantine is still quarantine. The government is talking about opening the country up by the end of the month, but people say that's a bad idea. We haven't peaked yet and the idea is to keep things closed until cases start dwindling down. People are saying "Well it was not that bad." Of course it seems it wasn't because people have been social distancing and staying home, it'll be hella bad if everyone starts going outside! They're saying if everyone goes back to work this will go the way of the Spanish flu in 1918 and we'll have a resurgence in the fall. If that happens the con in November would be cancelled. News I am not happy about.
Hopefully none of that happens and things will be OK...this entire thing is very stressful and depression making. America has not handled it well at all.
